2012-2013 Registrations
Registration for 2012-2013
Early Bird (EB) registration will take place from April 5 - June 5, 2012
All registrations should be processed online except if you are paying for registration with Cookie Dough, Nut Bucks or applying for a Scholarship.
Paper registration forms for EB registration will be available on the Girl Scout website (http://www.gswpa.org/volunteers/volunteer-resources/forms/) for the above mentioned registrations only. The forms can also be used to collect information for new girls, but are for your records only.
Early Bird patches will be available in our council shops for $0.75 from April 5 - June 15, 2012.
Although there is no benefit to the troop to register through EB, we encourage you register early as the Service Unit is eligible for rewards.
Regarding signing up for SMORES activities
If you are not registered and find you want to attend a SMORE event, you must first register as one transaction and then you can register for your activity in a separate transaction. This can be done in the same day and can be done throughout the year.
Please send me a troop listing (name, address, email and any other changes) to cranberrygs_registration@yahoo.com when you are processed.
YOU MUST BE REGISTERED BY SEPTEMBER 21, 2012 OR YOU WILL BE DELETED FROM THE SYSTEM.
All re-registrations should be completed by September 21, 2012
The Helpdesk is available for questions 800-248-3355 begin of the skype highlighting Ext 1460 or helpdesk@gswpa.org

Below is the link to the manual that CES created for the Online Registration site – this has step-by-step and screen shots on registering for membership, program and events, submitting their volunteer position, making a contribution, printing their membership card and updating their race and ethnicity.
The first part of the manual is for parents and individual and last part is for troop leaders. The table of contents has links to the different sections of the manual.
