When Troop 25141 decided to take on the responsibility to decorate our Girl Scout tree at the Municipal Center in Cranberry Township, we thought making cinnamon ornaments would be nice. Next, we began thinking about what to do with the ornaments after Jan. 7, 2011. So, we came up with a win-win solution, we would give our ornaments to people willing to donate to our tree. Those individuals willing to drop off warm items for our tree could take an ornament home to keep for their nice gesture.

We are pleased to say we have no ornaments left, and an abundance of items to donate. We donated some items to Rowan Elementary, Haine Elementary, and the rest will go to the Headstart program. Thanks for keeping our tree Warm!
