Games and Team Building

Suggestions from November Leader Meeting:

1.  Get the girls to line up according to their birthday month and day; by not talking.  See if they can do it.  Tip:  They use their fingers marking the numbers according to month and day.  It's all about communicating!

2.  Playing Cards - hand out a playing card to the girls without them seeing what it is.  They put their card to their forehead facing out so everyone else can see.  They treat each other as to the number on their card:  Example:  King gets treated the best and Ace gets treated the worst!!  Great to use as a valuable life lesson! 

3.  Human Knot - have girls stand close in a circle.  They close their eyes and put their hands out.  They have to grab someone else's hand (both).  When everyone is done with this, they open their eyes and untie the knot by not letting go of their partner's hands and end result to make a circle.  They have to communicate and try to problem solve on how to do this together.
